After the installation is comprehensive, you'll be asked if you wish to add Cygwin's icons towards your desktop and the beginning menu. It's always a good idea to at least increase Cygwin to the beginning menu so you could find it very easily.Run the installer and go in the primary installation actions until you can get to your "Decide on Packages"
